How much does short-term rental cleaning cost in Los Angeles?

How long does a short-term rental clean take?
A typical Airbnb clean takes about 3 to 4 hours with one cleaner, or roughly 2 to 2.5 hours with a two-cleaner team. The exact time depends on the size of the property and how the last guest left it.
Can you clean on the same day a guest checks out?
Yes, when the schedule allows. Tell us the checkout and check-in times when you request a quote and we will confirm whether we can take that slot.
Do you clean Vrbo and Booking.com rentals too?
Yes. The platform does not change the work: same checklist, same photos of every room. The Superhost Guarantee applies to Airbnb listings only.
Do you do the laundry?
Laundry is available as a paid add-on, quoted per job. Without it, we make every bed with the fresh sheets and towels you keep at the property.
Are your cleaners insured and background checked?
Yes. Every cleaner is background checked and bonded, and we carry $2,000,000 in liability insurance on every clean.

What does a standard clean not include?
A standard clean does not include black mold or remediation, biohazards, pest extermination, junk hauling, exterior or upper-floor windows, or moving heavy furniture. Laundry and patios are available as paid add-ons quoted per job.
