Not part of a post-construction clean

- Moving heavy furniture or anything over 20 pounds.
When to book it
Book the clean for after the last trade is done. If painters, electricians or installers are still working, their dust lands on surfaces we just cleaned. If you have an opening date, tell us when you call. We plan the crew and the days on the walkthrough and put both on your quote.
How we price a post-construction clean
One price for the whole job, set after a free walkthrough. It's built from labor: how many cleaners the space needs and how long they're on site. Your quote shows the crew size and the hours right next to the total.
Size and floors
Square footage matters, and so does how it splits. Three floors with stairs take longer than one open floor of the same size.
Ceiling height
Anything over 10 feet means ladders and extension poles, and that work goes slower.
Restrooms and kitchens
These rooms carry the most detail work per square foot, so their count matters as much as the size.
Glass
Glass walls, conference rooms and sliding doors show every streak, so they get extra time.
How much dust is left
If trades are still sanding, painting or installing, the space gets dusty again. We price for where the job will be on cleaning day.
Your deadline
An opening date shapes how big the crew is and how many days the clean takes. We plan both on the walkthrough.
