Go to our Book page, enter your property address, select a service type, pick a date and time, enter your contact info, and pay securely via Stripe. The entire process takes about 60 seconds.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 24 to 48 hours in advance for best availability. For holiday weekends and summer peak, 7 days lead time is safer.

Can I set up recurring cleanings?

Yes. We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly recurring schedules. Recurring clients get priority booking, a dedicated cleaner, and locked-in pricing.

What is included in a Turnover?

Accepted Answer

Every Turnover follows our 126-task checklist applied to the whole home (126 total per cleaning, not per room): bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining, plus a whole-home wrap-up (cobwebs, trash out, thermostat set, lockup verified). Before and after photos texted within 30 minutes.

What is the difference between a Turnover and a Deep Clean?

Turnover ($189-$399) follows our 126-task between-guest checklist. Deep Clean ($325-$595) follows our 156-task top-to-bottom reset that adds oven interior scrub, fridge empty and wipe, vent and blind wiping, baseboard deep scrub, grout cleaning, and cabinet interior wiping.

Do you provide cleaning supplies?

Yes. We bring everything: HEPA-certified vacuum, microfiber cloths, professional disinfectants, glass cleaner, mop pads, oven cleaner (Deep only), grout cleaner (Deep only).

What if I am not satisfied with the cleaning?

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If anything is not up to your standards, contact us within 24 hours of completion and we will send a cleaner back to re-clean at no additional cost.

Why is your pricing flat-rate instead of hourly?

Hourly rewards slow cleaners. Flat-rate by property size means you know the cost before you book and we know exactly what to deliver. Every other LA cleaner uses quote-based or hourly. We publish the price. You book in 60 seconds.

Question 10

What if my cleaner does not show up?

Accepted Answer

It almost never happens. If it does, contact us immediately and we will dispatch a replacement same day or refund 100%, your choice. Every Turnover has a backup cleaner on standby.

Question 11

Do you restock consumables like toilet paper, soap, and paper towels?

Accepted Answer

Partial. We refill toilet paper and paper towels ONLY when you have spare rolls stocked. We do NOT refill hand soap, dish soap, body wash, or shampoo — matching your exact brand and scent is logistically impossible, and we will not swap brands on you. We do not purchase any consumables. If your guest left it empty and you have no spare, we text you before leaving.

Do you work with hosts on Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and other platforms?

Yes. We are platform-agnostic. What matters is your checkout time, not which site the guest booked through.

Question 13

How do you handle properties with pets?

Accepted Answer

Standard Turnover includes normal pet hair removal. For heavy shedding or multiple pets, add Pet Hair Removal ($35-$50 by shedding severity, +$20 per additional pet). We lint-brush every couch and chair plus a deodorizer pass. Extreme shedding cases are quoted separately.

What happens if a guest leaves the property in much worse condition than usual?

We photograph, stop the job, contact you, and quote the upgrade before doing any extra work. Usually that means rebooking as a Deep Clean. You will never be charged extra without your written approval first.

Question 15

Can your team add work on-site if I think of something I forgot?

Accepted Answer

No. We staff each job for the exact scope you booked at checkout. Add-ons (Laundry, Patio, Pet Hair Removal, additional stairwells, extra rooms) must be added 24 hours before service.

Question 16

What if my property has extra rooms beyond the tier I booked?

Accepted Answer

Book the next size tier up, or request a Custom Quote for 6+ bedrooms. We complete exactly the checklist you booked for the property size you booked. Extra bedrooms, home gym, yoga studio, separate office, finished basement, or casita all count toward the tier.

Do you clean multiple stairwells?

Accepted Answer

One main staircase is included with any Turnover or Deep Clean. Additional stairwells are an extra-charge add-on. Mention it before booking and we will quote the additional labor.

Question 18

Do you clean post-construction or post-renovation jobs?

Accepted Answer

Yes, as a Custom Quote only. Drywall dust, paint, and sawdust require HEPA filtration and roughly 3x the time of a standard clean. Request a Custom Quote with photos and we will price the job before scheduling.

Do you clean windows, garages, sheds, or do power washing?

Accepted Answer

No on all of the above. Window cleaning is not in our scope (industry-wide standard — every competitor excludes this). Garages and sheds are not in scope. We do not power-wash. We do not clean out closets. Outdoor furniture is only covered when you add the Patio / Balcony Clean add-on. For window cleaning, hire a dedicated window cleaning specialist.

Are your cleaners insured?

Yes. We carry $2,000,000 general liability insurance on every job. All cleaners are bonded.

Yes. Every cleaner on our team passes a thorough background verification before joining. We also conduct reference checks and a probationary period with supervised cleanings.
