The Fine Print
3 things. That's it.
What triggers it+
- You had Superhost status at the time we cleaned the turnover (verified from your Airbnb dashboard)
- A guest review for that turnover contains a cleanliness signal: Cleanliness sub-rating under 5 stars, OR the written review mentions any of dirty, dusty, stained, smelly, hair, trash, unclean, gross, filthy, messy
- Within 365 days of that review, you lost Superhost status at an Airbnb quarterly evaluation
How to claim+
Email carolyn@readyrentalcleaning.com within 30 days of losing Superhost with: (1) a screenshot of the guest review (showing the category stars and written review text), and (2) a screenshot of your Airbnb dashboard showing the Superhost status change. We confirm in 48 hours. 3 free clean credits land. Use within 6 months. Once confirmed, your credits stay locked even if the guest edits or Airbnb removes the review.
What it does not cover+
Superhost drops from non-cleanliness factors (location, communication, accuracy, value, check-in). Pre-existing damage (proven by our arrival photos). Biohazards. Mid-stay guest messes. Deep Cleans (separate quality guarantee). Hosts who weren’t Superhost at the time of our clean. Reviews removed by Airbnb. One claim per property per 12 months. Standard Turnovers only. Airbnb Superhost status only (does not apply to VRBO Premier Host or other platforms).
