Any single number printed here would be wrong for most of the offices that read it, so we quote each site after seeing it rather than publish a figure we would have to walk back.

How the number is built
Every commercial quote starts as labor. We count how many cleaners the space needs and how long they are on site, multiply the two, and that is the man-hour figure the price sits on. A one person visit of 2 hours is 2 man-hours. A two person crew for 4 hours is 8. Supplies, insurance and the photo record ride along with it.
You never see a meter. The walkthrough turns those man-hours into one flat price for the visit or the month, and that is the price on the invoice.
