## What is and is not included

- How do I get a quote and book? Request a quote on the booking page (about 60 seconds, no card charged). We text and email an exact price. Once you approve, we confirm the date and time.
- How far in advance should I book? 24 to 48 hours ahead is best. For holiday weekends and summer peak, 7 days of lead time is safer.
- Can I set up recurring cleanings? Yes, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly. Recurring clients get priority booking, a dedicated cleaner, and locked-in pricing.
- How do I modify or cancel? Contact us at least 24 hours before the cleaning to reschedule or cancel at no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% fee to cover the blocked cleaner.
- What if my cleaner does not show up? It almost never happens. If it does, we dispatch a replacement the same day or refund 100%, your choice. Every turnover has a backup cleaner on standby.

- What is included in a Turnover? A full between-guest reset of the whole home: strip and remake every bed, scrub every bathroom, top up paper goods, wipe kitchen surfaces and run the dishwasher, vacuum, dust, and fluff every living area, plus a cobweb sweep, trash out, thermostat set, and lockup verified. Before and after photos are texted within 30 minutes.
- What is the difference between a Turnover and a Deep Clean? A Turnover is the between-guest checklist. A Deep Clean is a top-to-bottom reset that adds oven interior scrub, fridge empty and wipe, vent and blind wiping, baseboard deep scrub, grout cleaning, and cabinet interior wiping.
- Do you provide cleaning supplies? Yes, everything: HEPA-certified vacuum, microfiber cloths, professional disinfectants, glass cleaner, mop pads, plus oven and grout cleaner on Deep Cleans.
- Do you bring sheets and towels? No. The host stocks fresh sheets and towels at the property. We strip the dirty set, put on the clean set, and bag the laundry. Add Laundry Service and we wash, dry, and fold on site.
- Do you send before and after photos? Yes, every cleaning, texted within 30 minutes of completion.
- Do you restock consumables? Paper goods yes, amenities no. We top up toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. We do not refill soap, shampoo, or other amenities.
